Sam Arrow (They/He) is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy, including manual therapy, internal manual therapy, biofeedback, bladder and bowel training, therapeutic exercise and education for self-management, with a focus on whole person well-being. They graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Dance and from the Arizona School of Health Sciences with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has been treating since 2010. He is certified in pelvic health through APTA CAPP Pelvic Certification, Gender Affirming Care and Pediatric Pelvic Health. They treat all ages, genders and gender expansive individuals. Their primary goal for every person is for them to feel empowered and in control of their symptoms.
They live in the Central Phoenix area with their husband, children and pets. He is also a dance artist and Permanent Artist In Residence with [nueBOX], a non-profit organization that provides support and rehearsal space for performance artists.

Marika Crockett
(She/Her/Hers)
PT, DPT
Marika (she/her) received her B.S. in Biology from Texas A&M University and went on to study physical therapy at UT Southwestern in Dallas, TX, graduating with her doctorate in 2010. She has been specializing in pelvic health for the past 7 years, with particular interest in pain and sexual health. She is both a comprehensively trained and certified Pilates instructor as well as a certified dry needling provider. Marika has completed all levels of Somatic Experiencing training, a body oriented and sensory based approach to processing of trauma and chronic stress. Nervous system regulation informs a large part of her work, particularly with chronic pain, chronic illness, and post surgical re-integration. She strives to provide a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for all bodies and to facilitate building confidence in one’s movement capacity and functional abilities. Outside of the clinic, Marika stays busy spending time with her friends and family (1 partner, 2 kids, 2 cats), hiking, living room dancing, and crocheting (poorly).
